Payments to school - trips and theatre productions

Payments may be made via cash, cheque or Scopay (our online payment system). Please access the online payment module using the user instructions provided to you when your child joined the school. If you need another copy of the log-in details then please contact the school office.

School trips and theatre performance payments made online will be automatically transferred to Milford School Fund at Milford School, Church Road, Milford, Godalming, Surrey, GU8 5JA.

Medicine Authorisation Form
 
Staff will be unable to administer medicine to children without a completed medical authorisation form. Please note that we are unable to administer paracetamol and ibuprofen to children in school. 
Leave of Absence Form
 
Please refer to our school attendance policy within the School Policies section of our website for details of approved and unapproved absence. Please note that it is Department for Education and Milford School policy to unauthorise absences during school term time unless in very exceptional circumstances. All absence requests will be reviewed by our Headteacher and authorised absences will not be granted without approval from our Chair of Governors.

Fundraising

  • Easy Fundraising: Milford School have registered with ‘Easy Fundraising’ to raise money for the school.  Just click on the link and that will take you to the website where you can still shop directly with each retailer, but each retailer will then make a cashback donation to Milford School.
